Yves Salomon continues its venture into the world of design and launches Yves Salomon Editions, an ambitious project under the creative direction of Marcellin Boyer. This was an obvious step for Yves Salomon and artistic director Tamara Taichman, who are not only great art lovers but also passionate and discerning collectors of design. After an initial collaboration in 2024 with Chapo Création on a series of furniture and lighting (presented at the Salone del Mobile in Milan at Dimorestudio Gallery, as well as at Paris Design Week in September and at the Magen H Gallery in New York), the House will invite designers each year to create new furniture pieces and objects. These will be the result of a dialogue with Yves Salomon's workshops, known for their unique artisanal expertise, and crafted using the luxurious materials from the House's universe. This is the logical continuation of the Yves Salomon brand's history, which began in the 1980s, driven by the most important designers with whom it has always worked hand-in-hand, pushing research and development season after season to serve their imagination.

Since its creation in 2024, Yves Salomon Éditions has been dedicated to design, at the crossroads of contemporary publishing and gallery activity. This department of Maison Yves Salomon is conceived as a new territory of expression. It publishes furniture pieces and objects in limited series or as unique pieces, designed in collaboration with invited designers. They are made using the artisanal know-how and emblematic materials of the House. In parallel, Yves Salomon Éditions develops curatorial and gallery activities, juxtaposing historical furniture and contemporary creations. It asserts a vision of design based on the dialogue between heritage, creation and material, in a demanding, sustainable and timeless approach.
